1. Introduction

FitPrints Pty Ltd ("FitPrints") offers a consignment program for select suppliers to provide fitness mats on consignment. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the consignment arrangement between FitPrints and the consignee.

2. Consignment Period

2.1. FitPrints will provide fitness mats to the consignee on consignment for a period of 6 months, starting from the date of delivery.
2.2. The consignee must adhere to the 6-month consignment period and return the mats to FitPrints within this timeframe.

3. Condition of Mats

3.1. The consignee shall ensure that the fitness mats remain in new condition as received throughout the consignment period.
3.2. The consignee is responsible for any damage or loss of the mats during the consignment period and shall be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement as outlined in the initial invoice.

4. Return Process

4.1. If the consignee wishes to return the fitness mats within the 6-month consignment period, they must notify FitPrints in writing at least 30 days before the intended return date.
4.2. The consignee is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including insurance and any associated charges.
4.3. FitPrints will provide the consignee with return shipping instructions and address details for the mats' return.
4.4. The consignee must securely package the mats for return shipment, ensuring they are adequately protected during transportation.

5. Non-Compliance

5.1. If the consignee fails to return the fitness mats within the 6-month consignment period without prior written approval from FitPrints, they will be deemed in breach of this consignment policy.
5.2. In the event of non-compliance, the consignee shall be responsible for purchasing the mats at the price outlined in the initial invoice, less any consignment fees already paid.
5.3. If the consignee returns the mats in damaged condition beyond normal wear and tear, they shall be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement, as determined by FitPrints.

6. Termination of Consignment Agreement

6.1. FitPrints reserves the right to terminate the consignment agreement at any time, without cause, by providing written notice to the consignee.
6.2. Upon termination, the consignee shall return the fitness mats to FitPrints within 15 days from the date of termination, at their own expense.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. This consignment policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
7.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

By participating in FitPrints' consignment program, the consignee agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. FitPrints reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at its discretion, with notice provided to the consignee.
